Cancellation Policy: Notification by email only. Full refund minus $35 fee if cancelled more than 3 weeks prior; less than 3 weeks and greater than 2 weeks, a credit certificate for 60% of the charge and useable for the following 12 months will be provided to the guest. If  2 weeks or less: a refund only if the room is rented in its entirety less $50.
