Cancellation Policy: Notification by email only. Full refund minus $35 fee if cancelled more than 3 weeks prior; less than 3 weeks and greater than 2 weeks, a credit certificate for 60% of the charge and useable for the following 12 months will be provided to the guest. If  2 weeks or less: a refund only if the room is rented in its entirety less $50.

Halloween Holiday Rates and Terms : Adjusted Rates: Cloud and Coral Rooms: $185/night; Canton Suite $260/night.   Minimum Stay: 3 nights,   Termination Charge: ONE NIGHT CHARGE IF TERMINATION NOTICE OCCURS PRIOR TO SEPT 1ST and AFTER SEPT 1ST: ONLY TO THE EXTENT I AM ABLE TO RENT THE ROOM IN ITS ENTIRETY SUBJECT TO THE SAME CONDITIONS SET FORTH ABOVE LESS ONE NIGHT CHARGE.
